Job Responsibilities:

  • Main POC for operation and act as a single point of contact between service delivery performing activities and all other parts of the business for incident reports, service request, change notification and any other relevant IT scope deemed necessary.
  • Provide support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person regarding IT-related issues, incidents, and service requests.
  • Provide full support in onsite IT related work space set up - HW & software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to office productivity suites, software, and other IT systems.
  • Document and track all issues and requests.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors when required and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure that all service requests and incidents are resolved within the defined SLAs and meet the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Manage all IT vendor related liaisons.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT industry preferably in networking and service desk support
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Has hands on experience in setting up IT HW and IT monitoring tools
  • Basic GSM understanding of call flows and OSS BSS general functionalities in telecommunication network
  • Basic understanding on Unix and/or shell based operating system and networking
  • Basic understanding of IT operations and surveillance processes
  • Experience in using remote support tools.
  • Experience in relevant software application such as Google Workspace Productivity Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Is proactive and self-motivated to learn, energetic and dynamic to react quick and fast on incidents
  • Willingness to participate in on-call work requirements which can be beyond working hours on occasions.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Professional Google Certification, or ITIL, are a plus
