ROLE: Project Manager

SALARY : 200,000
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-CServe as project coordinator and assist senior project managers and project teams with
completing all required documentation
2. Liaise with contract staff, vendors and other partners to ensure that all documents are
submitted
3. Schedule meetings, managing the company calendar and all meeting platforms
4. Attend all meetings as required by compiling minutes and circulating to participants
5. Serve as the contact person for the management of all platforms including ERP, Project
Management, payments, design etc
6. Update information on all proprietary platforms by taking input from project managers
and management team.
7. Ensuring documents are properly archived and stored in locations including google
drive, hard drives and other back ups
REQUIREMENTS
1. Great research skills and ability to learn new information quickly
2. Highly organized with an eye for detail
3. Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated for continuous improvement and
development
4. PMP, Agile or other project management certifications in view or desire to acquire within
short time frame
5. Must be ready to travel within Nigeria at short notice
6.Must live in Lekki, VI, Ikoyi, anywhere up to Ajah
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- leadership or supervision in the spa and wellness industry: 3 years (Preferred)
