STC Business & Market Analyst Intern - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?
Overall mission:
Work together with the Business & Market Analytics and Procurement Excellence Teams to understand and document the existing automation solutions, and to help create new automation solutions. Support Raw materials and Indirect Materials and Services Category Manager Teams through ad-hoc/recurring market, pricing and spend analysis, building and maintaining dashboards. Take direction from the STC (Source to Cash) Team Managers and others in the Team on specific tasks. You will be located in Budapest and report to the Business & Market Analyst. & Sourcing Senior. Team Manager.
Daily operations in the business and market intelligence area:
- Maintain/document existing automation to support STC teams
- Interest to develop your knowledge further regarding practical usage of automation techniques to solve challenges
- Create new automation solutions with the help of the STC Data Analytics Designer
- Collects data (internal and external) and structure information into database
- Consolidate and visualize data
- Create market reports
- Communicate relevant information within Procurement and other Givaudan functions
- Perform ad-hoc reporting, analytics
- Build dashboards to meet customer needs using business intelligence tools
- Focus on training and gaining knowledge
- Work with guidance from Senior Specialists, Experts and Team Managers
- Communicate with company partners by phone or by email
- Follow service levels
- Observe procedures
You:
- Ongoing university studies preferably in business administration or fields related to programming
- Fluency in English
- Beginner knowledge of any of the following programming languages (JavaScript, google apps script, Web programming, VBA/VBS scripting)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Experience in MS Office, knowledge of Google sheets
- User Experience, Data visualization, Data storytelling
