Position: Catering Assistant

We take pride in our commitment to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction. As a growing establishment, we are seeking a motivated and dependable Catering Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes according to recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Package and present food orders with care and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies are running low.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items, food safety procedures, and customer service techniques.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating the ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Passion for Mexican cuisine and a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
