Responsibilities:

  • Help manage daily warehouse operations and maintain inventory control.
  • Ensure proper handling of raw materials by supervising inbound and outbound processes, segregating approved, quarantined, and rejected items.
  • Participate in stock take reports for mid-year and year-end exercises.
  • Perform manual tasks related to receipt, verification, storage, and issuance of materials, following established policies.
  • Prepare monthly reports comparing stock levels to actual usage.
  • Reconcile inventory records annually and periodically to adjust for inventory changes.
  • Verify receipt of ordered stock, reconcile discrepancies on invoices, and record pricing information.

Requirements

Academic Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in related field.

Experiences :

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Mature, driven, proactive, creative, and passionate about creating a positive impact in other people’s lives.
  • Candidate must be Computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
