Job Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Sourcing Intern to join our team and assist with IT and Non-IT talent sourcing efforts. As a Recruitment Sourcing Intern, you will work closely with our recruitment team to identify and engage with potential candidates, support the recruitment process, and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

· Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential IT and Non-IT candidates.

· Conduct targeted searches and Boolean searches to source qualified candidates for specific roles and skill sets.

· Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement:

· Engage with candidates through personalized messages, emails, and calls to assess their interest, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.

· Conduct preliminary screenings and phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

· Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Support:

· Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.

· Collaborate with the recruitment team to gather candidate feedback and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Support the preparation of job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitment-related documents.

Market Research:

· Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and emerging technologies in the IT and Non-IT sectors.

· Conduct research on competitor companies and their recruitment strategies to identify best practices and potential talent pools.

Data Management:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

· Assist in generating recruitment reports and analysing recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Degree / Post-graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 0 -1 year’ post qualification experience / available for 6 months of internship

· Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing.

· Knowledge or interest in IT and Non-IT roles and skill sets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and social media platforms for candidate research and engagement.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
