We are looking for a TikTok Manager in the Social Media Management unit to join Setanta Sports at a very exciting time, as we have ambitious plans to drive customer acquisition and online growth in 15 CEE. As a TikTok Manager, your mission will be to, create entertaining sports content, develop growth strategies for TikTok channels, and support community extension and build-up in 15 countries.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement Tiktok content strategies and media plans that align with Setanta Sports' specific, goals and target audience in 15 different countries;
Manage and grow our Tiktok accounts, including creating and publishing engaging and entertaining content relevant to the sports media industry, increasing followers and communities, and responding to comments and messages;
Create content and deliver the brief to the production team for execution;
Collaborate with the various teams to integrate their campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across relevant TikTok channels;
Work with local influencers and other partners to develop and execute appropriate campaigns;
Analyze campaign performance and present insights, identify trends and patterns, and report to the direct manager;
Stay up-to-date with the latest Tiktok trends and features to ensure our content is fresh and innovative;
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
What to expect from you:Working experience as a TikTok manager and creating sports content;
Expertise in managing an efficient Tiktok channel for business purposes;
In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, features, and best practices relevant to the sports industry;
Proven track record of growing Tiktok accounts and developing successful content strategies;
Expert knowledge of sports: Football, tennis, UFC, F1;
Understanding Adobe Premier, After Effects, and CapCut will benefit your performance;
Ability to analyze data and spot trends;
Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and presenting;
Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
