Your role as a Process Flow Engineer (preferably with expertise in Appian but experience in other similar platform is also accepted) will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills, and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.
During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
- Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
- Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends, and learn leading practices
- Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
- Design and develop robust, scalable, high performing, high-volume production applications
- Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs and engineering processes
- Design, develop and implement business processes to automate complex workflows and enhance efficiency (preferably in Appian but other similar platforms is accepted as well)
- Perform development tasks including creating workflow components such as process models, user interfaces, rules, and integrations
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for application solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
- Participate in and contribute to the Techno-functional analysis of the product/key features and process
- Be part of a team working on developing interfaces and web-services to/from external systems
- Be part of a development team on customization with proper debugging and identification of core provided extensions
- Contribute to incremental upgrades and timely integration of OE code changes and testing
#WinningRequirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or another related field would be considered a plus
- At least 1 of experience in Appian development or other similar Low Code/No Code BPM tools would be a strong plus
- Excellent knowledge of web application architecture/design fundamentals
- Familiarity with Appian Integrations, Appian Plug Ins or other similar Low Code/No Code BPM tools
- Proficiency working in Appian or other similar Low Code/No Code BPM tools Development, designing interfaces, processes, modeling custom data types in an enterprise environment
- Good understanding of enterprise software design patterns and data structures
- Good understanding on coding guidelines and standards
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and English
