Only, that’s not the end of the road; we have ambitious plans. And to support them, we
need to keep evolving our current products and scale, improve and professionalize the
technology that constitutes the core of our company.
That's where you come in. You will focus on platform development and drive the
technological aspects of our main product: a SaaS app entirely built with modern
technologies. The role offers freedom, ownership, having a measurable impact on the

Your role

• Mid-level / Senior full-stack JavaScript engineer: drive the development of new key

features and important code refactorings to ensure our codebase and product are of
the highest quality (stack: Node.js, Meteor, Electron, CoffeeScript/ES6)

• DevOps: leverage your experience to scale our existing infrastructure and

professionalize its critical aspects (stack: MongoDB, Debian, Docker containers,
Nginx, Jelastic)

• Dev teamwork (depending on experience): help overview ongoing tasks, mentor

junior devs, assist in project management, help break down features, define best
practices and present and discuss results with the rest of the company

• As part of a small team with a hands-on culture, occasionally interface with clients to

understand their needs, regularly give a hand for support and take part in decision
making at every level of the company.
Requirements

• Mid to senior-level experience in both full-stack JavaScript development & DevOps

(advanced Meteor experience a plus)

• Existing experience with or interest in developing “tech lead” skills
• Past exposure to or strong desire to work in small teams with a “get things done”

attitude

• Commutable distance to Zürich (Oerlikon area), Switzerland, or ability to move here.
