DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Driver
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Ensures implementation of all driver-related instructions from superior and maintenance of assigned vehicles.
Specific Responsibilities: o Takes instructions from supervisor regarding each day’s deliveries or pick / drop services o Maps out best possible route to reach desired destination o Picks up and drops company professionals from /to desired destinations o Makes deliveries by maintaining correct knowledge of destinations and concerned contacts o Provides customers with receipts and take signatures o Obtains and reports any complaints made by customers to the supervisor o Drives back vehicle to the company by following strict timeline rules o Informs customers of proper handling of deliveries o Observes traffic rules o Cleans car seats, rugs, dashboards and mats on a daily basis o Performs general and preventative maintenance on vehicle o Brings vehicle to washing areas or wash them according to specific instructions o Handles maintenance of vehicle air conditioning and heating systems o Ensures that designated vehicle is road worthy o Checks lights, tires, engines and seatbelts to ensure that they are in good working order o Ensures that the vehicle’s fluids are at optimal levels o Remind HS regarding Vehicle Registration and insurance renewal. o Operate forklipt during loading and unloading of items for delivery and stacking o Assists in loading and unloading packages on trucks and vans; delivering to customers
QUALIFICATIONS o Valid driver's license required for vehicle classification o Has experience in driving o Has good track record in following traffic rules o Has excellent navigation skills o Good communication skills o Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods o Preferably can operate forklifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
