 • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards tenant, vendor, sales agent and owner at all times. • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally • Prepare and Update Unit Listing, Tenancy Agreement, Parking Lot Summary List, Monthly Utilities report, Monthly Rental Record and etc. • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments • Arrange and follow up the whole progress of renting include move in, move out, runaway, maintenance, cleaning and etc. • Responsible to follow up payment with tenant in monthly basic and arrange legal action against rent defaulters if necessary. • Responsible to create and revise SOP when necessary • To undertake other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
