JOB SUMMARY:
To support and assist manager in all HR activities, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, attendance, staff benefits and calculations. And ensure all prepared reports and letters are issued in compliance with internal policies and procedures and labour law.
1) Assist in recruiting procedure:
- Schedule and contacting candidate for Interview
2) Onboarding:
- Prepare Offer Letters & joining letters
- Coordinate with IT Admin for Biometric addition or Attendance system
- Monitor expiration dates and update of Vehicle registration (Mulkiya)
- Support in processing of insurance (mainly additions)
- Review & check the Org Chart
3) Employee relations/requests:
- Leave Applications
- Passport release
4) Monitor expiration dates and update of documents and take necessary action ahead of time concerning: Employee’s passport, Visa, Emirates ID, Medical Card, Labour Card, Company TL, POAs, etc.
5) Verification of Business Cards.
6) Maintain/create Staff filesfor new and old employees.
7) Employee relations/requests: Salary Cert, NOC, Experience Certificate, STL
8) Prepare Internal Memos and emails. Like Salary Increase, Title Change, warning letters, termination letters, all other internal circulations
9) Prepare External Lettersto government authorities, banks, embassies, etc.
10) Filing all HR Documents
11) Verifying Timesheets for all companies / employees
12) Verifying letters and documents issued by HR co-worker
Essential knowledge:
-Graduate of Business Admin or related field.
-A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
-Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
-Simple Arabic (Read, Write)
Experience Required:
Work experience of 2 years in real estate company.
